Step #1 – 2/22/24 to 9/30/24 Submit Household Information for the Initial Interest List Form. All duplicate entries will be deleted. Apply online at www.kimballhighland.com, Select “Join Interest List” at the top, Fill out form and select “Submit.” Paper Forms are available at Mayberry Townhomes, 4422 Mayberry Street, SD 92113 and forms are available for print here in English (Word) and Spanish (Word) Initial Interest List Form. Submit the completed form by mail (postmark no later than 9/30/2024) or deliver to Mayberry Townhomes, 4422 Mayberry Street, SD 92113.

Step #2 – 5/31/24 Lottery Occurs to Generate the Waitlists. General project information and interest list link can be found at www.kimballhighland.com.

Step #3 – Late Summer 2024 Process Begins for Lease-Up.  Households on the ‘Waitlist’ will be notified by phone to submit an application to qualify for a unit.  General project information and interest list link can be found at www.kimballhighland.com. 

Step #4 – Late 2024 (143) qualified households can Move-In. A move-in date/time will be scheduled based on the anticipated construction completion.

• *Adopted by City Council Resolution (view complete policy here).
• Gives preference to households that live in the City of National City (Zip Code 91950) to the maximum extent allowed by law.
• This Policy applies to the initial lease-up of all the restricted units (143 units).
• If proof of residency is not provided, household will be placed at the end of the waitlist.
