Objective: To provide the National City Housing Authority with as-needed consulting services related to affordable and market-rate housing developments, transaction structuring, financing sources, and policy development and evaluation

  • Q1) The City has included a comprehensive list of disciplines within the SCOPE OF SERVICES section of this RFQ. Are Consultants able to propose on just select disciplines within the list, or will only a proposal that includes all disciplines be considered responsive? A1) All submittals will be considered; consultants are able to submit their qualifications for select or all disciplines.
