The Planning Division publishes the National City Overview (PDF), a document containing a variety of general information on the City of National City including population data, housing information, development trends, etc.

Additional demographic information on the City, region, and State of California can be obtained from the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) and the U.S. Census Bureau.
