Have you had a fire or vehicle accident and need a fire report for insurance purposes?  We can provide you with a report, but we need time to find and review it first.  When we find the report, we will contact you to come pick it up.  There is a cost of $1 for the first page and $0.15 for each additional page.  Please bring cash to pay for the report.  The following information will be helpful in finding the report:
