✅ The storm shelter set up for flood victims in the wake of the Jan. 22 storm has moved. The new location is at the City of San Diego Municipal Gym at Balboa Park. The gym is located at 2111 Pan American Plaza, San Diego, CA 92101. The phone number is (619) 525-8262. Services include a place for displaced people to stay, meals, snacks, crisis counseling, help replacing medication, and pet support from the San Diego Humane Society.
