As part of an Economic Development Strategic Plan, The City of National City will be hosting its first Economic Development National City Real Estate Roundtable. The Roundtable will bring together National City partners and members of the National City broker and realtor community to hear firsthand the City’s 2018 Business Recruitment Strategy. As part of our strategy National City is interested in working with the broker and real estate community to support a healthy and diverse mix of businesses in downtown National City.

Presenting the latest National City retail market analysis.
Martin Reeder, Principal Planner of City of National City
Presenting the City’s Craft Brewery Ordinance and updates to zoning as it pertains to the Downtown Specific Plan Update.
Megan Gamwell, Economic Development Specialist of City of National City
Presenting the City’s 2018 Business Recruitment Strategy and new city incentives.
The Roundtable is open to the public and will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 9am-11am at the National City Aquatic Center 3300 Goesno Place, National City, CA, 91950.
