At the direction of the City Council, and through an agreement with the City’s recognized labor associations, non-emergency City services will be closed from Monday, December 23, 2013 through Friday, January 3, 2014, with most City employees returning to work Monday, January 6, 2014 (dependent on normal work schedules).
