Unwind, recharge, and improve your flexibility with free yoga classes at the National City Public Library

All levels welcome! Classes will be held in the Large Meeting Room.

 

Mondays & Wednesdays 1030 am - 1130 am

Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
