The Mayor and City Council invite community residents and businesses to participate in a community workshop and budget exercise using a high tech voting device system on May 11, 2010 at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers, 1243 National City Blvd.

Community participants will have an opportunity to review city services and programs and interact with the City Council to help guide budget decisions. The first 60 participants will be provided with hand held voting devices to make service and budget recommendations to the City Council. National City is the first City in the county to utilize this technology as a budget tool.

As with all City Council meetings – translation services will be provided.
