National City is making exciting improvements to El Toyon Park, Las Palmas Park, and Kimball Park to make the City Cleaner, Healthier, and Safer.  The City has also set aside $3 million in uncommitted funds for residents and others to select additional one-time capital improvements for our parks and other citywide efforts.
