Do you have what it takes to be the ugliest fashionista this holiday season? Then prove it by sending us your pictures! Please send your photos of your ugly holiday stocking or sweater creations to library@nationalcitylibrary.org. The judges will select winners and those judged the most creative will have their photos posted to our library web site. All entries in this photo event gives us your permission to post your photo on the City and or Library web site.  While all participants will receive a book, candy, and a craft for their participation while supplies last, top award winners for this event will be notified on Wednesday, December 16, at 11 a.m. for additional prizes.
