The Friends of the National City Library are holding their annual raffle to win one of three baskets full of wonderful Christmas items. The ocst for a ticket is only $1 and can be purchased at the Friends of the Library Bookstore in the National City Library. The winners will be announced at the quarterly community breakfast in the MLK building on Dec. 14th and participants do not need to be present to win.
